Getting It To You
Pickup and local delivery
Around Houston, most people just pick up. Alice also delivers locally. Sort it out with her when you place the order and there is nothing to pay for postage.
Mailed anywhere else
Personalized items ship. Alice quotes the postage once she knows the size of the box and where it is headed, and she tells you the total before anything goes out. No surprise line item at the end.
Anything from the kitchen
Breads, cakes, jams, pickles and canning are pickup and Houston-area delivery. Homemade food does not survive a week in a truck, so she does not mail it. Ask what she has ready this week.
How long it takes
Custom work takes about 10 business days in the studio once you approve the design. If it is being mailed, shipping time rides on top of that. Working against a date? Say so and she will tell you straight what is possible.
